Brian M. Reardon
Co-Founder

Mr. Reardon brings an executive level sales and marketing background to Junk King Franchise System via a career with Clear Channel Communications. He has been responsible for the development of the company's advertising and marketing program and P & L accountability.


Michael T. Andreacchi
Co-Founder

Mr. Andreacchi brings over seven years of executive level experience in the recycling and junk removal industry. He has developed new proprietary business systems that are now industry benchmarks.


Dennis Mulgannon
Director of Franchising

Mr. Mulgannon manages the development of the Junk King franchise brand. He has been in the franchise industry and expanding new franchise concepts for the past 20 years. He has worked with brands such as Home Care Assistance, Blendz, Athletic Nation, and Erik's DeliCafe, among others.


Tiffany Flores
Director of Customer Service

Ms. Flores is director of the Junk King Customer Service department. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the Junk King National Call Center, which utilizes proprietary software and operational systems.


Karen Kelly
Director of Accounting

Ms. Kelly brings over 30 years of experience in business finance. She developed and organized the financial system that the Junk King franchise system utilizes at the corporate and franchisee levels, including annual financial audits.


Mike Arend
Director of Finance

Mr. Arend has worked in both public and private sectors as a financial analyst. His previous job was Financial Manager of an international health insurance corporation, where he oversaw the accounting department and served as the financial adviser to the COO. He oversees Junk King's finances and assists the franchisees with initial training and monthly reporting.
