Showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and the pricing seemed competitive. My only quibble is that there is quite a lot of wording on the site about how a significant percentage of the materials are either donated or recycled, but the manner in which the materials are loaded (quickly, but not gently), makes me wonder how accurate the "donated" claim could be. Also possible I just don't know what sort of stuff gets donated vs recycled vs trashed, but wanted to share my thoughts. Still very happy with the service.
