You know a city is serious about their beaches when they provide a live surf-cam throughout the day. It’s just one of the many ways that Capitola takes care of its residents and visitors. Apparently, what the city elders and developers are doing is working. Recently, Capitola was named one of Sunset Magazine’s “best beach towns.”
