Throughout the entirety of March, Junk King Gold Country and Junk King Chico raised awareness for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley. The goal was to fundraise $2,000, as the organization has been heavily involved in supporting families impacted by recent wild fires and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Junk King Gold Country and Chico are excited to announce they were able to surpass their goal and donate more than $3,500 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley! This donation will be beneficial in carrying out the Clubs’ mission of inspiring and enabling all young people to reach their full potential as responsible, productive and caring citizens.
On Friday, March 26, Junk King Gold County and Chico hosted a raffle event at Secret Trail Brewing Company to continue raising awareness in a fun way. At the event, prizes were raffled off for donations including $50 gift cards to Secret Trail Brewing Company, a gold and silver bracelet from Devons Jewelers, gift cards to Woodstock Pizza and services from Gallagher’s Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Leading up to the event, Junk King Gold Country and Chico were even featured in a TV segment with KRCR-TV. Check it out here!
With the support seen through donations and a great turnout at the raffle fundraising event, Greg and Peggy Lymath, owners of Junk King Gold Country and Chico, are extending a special thank you to their loyal customers who made this fundraising initiative happen. The Lymath’s are proud to be serving such a thoughtful community who helped made this giveback effort extraordinary.
