Wasn’t is just a few months ago that we were on our holiday break? Now it is time for spring break and there isn’t many who will argue with that concept. This is a terrific place to take the kids under 10. There are rotating family friendly exhibits that allow for lots of interaction and play time. The kids will be napping on the way home for sure!

It will be easy to take up a whole day at the Mall of America. Between the shops, the amusements, the movies and the food you could start in the morning and end your day at night and still have lots leftover to do.
Lake Calhoun
If the weather is nice, then you might want to pack everyone up for a trip to Lake Calhoun. This is one of Minneapolis’ largest urban lakes with three stretches of beach where you can rent kayaks, build sand castles or just relax in the sun. That sounds great after a long winter!
