The Stop Oregon Litter and Vandalism Organization (SOLV) is gearing up for it’s annual spring cleanup event. Last fall, the group focused on a trash sweep of Bullard State Park. Bullard State Park wasn’t the only Oregon beach that was targeted last fall. SOLV had 46 different beach and river cleanup events throughout the state.
