Climbing the ranks from truck navigator to manager, Rivera has been managing teams for over 6 years by continuing to meet customer expectations and maintain motivation amongst team members. After moving from New York, that state he grew up in for 28 years, Rivera moved down to Florida. Determined to continue his passion within the hauling industry and making an impact, he compiled a 5-year plan. Through his determination and work ethic, Rivera completed his plan in only 3 years. It was easy for Rivera to complete his goals, especially with Junk King. “When you find something you are passionate about, you wake up motivated to do better each and every day,” said Rivera.
