Jan 23, 2023, This client has used Junk King several times now and always has had a great experience. Short and sweet five star review "Great service and price." He has only had us come to his house in the past to remove Junk and different items he wanted to get rid of, but this time it was unfortunate circumstances. His insurance business had a water pipe bust in the ceiling and almost everything got ruined from water damage. He called us to come get rid of the desks, chairs, computers, printers, credenzas and more prior to the restoration company coming out to replace the carpet, ceiling tiles and drywall. Even in unfortunate situations, Junk King Cincinnati East is able to provide some relief to customers by acting quickly, professionally and handling a major part of a cleanup project for them. We hope that this client does not need us for this type work again, but we will be ready to assist with anything as always!

They were moving from a home they lived in for many years and we took different items including mattresses, box springs, a grill, table, exercise equipment, a couch, sectional sofa, and more. May 29, 2023, We often go to foreclosures or rental homes where the previous tenants left behind a big mess that isn't always pleasant to cleanup. This moldy basement had a lot of different items including tubs of clothing, a coffee table, a exercise machine, and other small household items. It ended up filling about half of our truck and we unfortunately had to just take all of this to the dump and put it in the landfill. Ideally, we support different local nonprofits with items that we remove from a yard, home or business, but sometimes we have to make sure we don't spread anything like mold. 5 stars and a review that says we were professional in every aspect is the type review that our amazing team members get regularly for their efforts to help out our loyal customers.
