Can I schedule an exact time for my junk removal appointment?
We're going to do everything we can to make sure your junk is picked up as promptly as possible. However, there are some things that are out of our control like traffic jams or weather delays. Typically, we'll provide you with a two-hour window for the junk removal appointment. When our crews are 20 minutes out, they'll give you a call. If a crew happens to be close to your location when you call to set up the appointment, we might be able to squeeze in a same day appointment.
Do I have to be home when Junk King shows up?
If you leave your stuff out on curb or driveway with instructions for the crew, you don't have to be home. However, when you hire Junk King, you're hiring that work crew.
