What To Do On Spring Break In The OC

If you’re thinking about going to Disneyland on spring break, then think again. This is considered one of their peak times of the year. You might find that that park is too crowded to have any fun. The good news is that there are a lot more options for spring break in the OC for you and your family to try. Here are a few:

Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve

There are over 1,300 acres that make up the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve that include open water, coastal dunes, salt marsh, freshwater marsh, mudflats and seabird nesting islands. On any given day you might spot over 200 different kinds of birds and other wildlife. This is a terrific place to hike and wrap yourself in nature.

Angels Baseball

When was the last time you took in a ballgame with the family? There are day and evening games on the schedule. Plus, all those yummy ballpark snacks. It’s a great outing for everyone.

Balboa Fun Zone

The Balboa Fun Zone has been a Newport Harbor landmark for generations. Not only can you enjoy the skyline views from the Ferris wheel but you can also take ferries boats to neighboring islands. Great spots of picnics.

Discovery Cube

The Discovery Cube is a huge collection of exhibits, tours, galleries and research stations that provides hours of interactive learning for the kids. But it’s a lot of fun, too! This is definitely one of those activities where kids will lead the way and that’s just fine.

Orange County Zoo

The Orange Count Zoo has a variety of wildlife habitats that are specific to the Southwest. You’ll find bald eagles, black bears and mountain lions all in their own natural enclosures. Much better way to see a bear like this than in your swimming pool.

It will take a little planning to map out your adventure for the day. One other thing you might want to plan for is a session with Junk King Orange Count. This is a good chance to finally get rid of all the unwanted rubbish that has accumulated around your home. Best of all, it won’t take a long time for the Junk King crews to get load everything up. You can schedule an early morning pickup and have the rest of the day for fun. Spring break is a good time to finally get rid of your junk and Junk King Orange County can make it happen.
