Feb 19, 2024, This customer in the Northern Suburb of Dayton, Tipp City, ad us come help remove a variety of different things from their home. They were moving and did not want to take items that they no longer needed to their new residence. As you can see in the review, our service was 5 star and pricing was less than another estimate that they received. We removed everything from random trash to bicycles, couches, sofa chairs, boxes of misc items, old exercise equipment, electronics, baby items, and more. Our crew was able to finish this job very quickly and took this part of their move off of their plate. They handle all the labor and took things from the basement as well as all around the upstairs. Mar 25, 2023, We don't go to Xenia Ohio every single day, but we do several times a week and are always willing to help out a customer even though it is a bit of a drive from our Dayton office in West Carrollton. Junk King Dayton cleaned out a bunch of different random items that had been cluttering this customers garage and basement storages for quite some time. We were able to help them very quickly and they were satisfied with our service as they left us a 5 star review. Our truck was only halfway full so we were able to head over to our next appointment in Wilmington to remove a hot tub for a customer that had said a part went bad that was more expensive to replace than just buying a brand new spa. We travel about an hour or an hour and a half outside of Dayton going as far North as Piqua or Tipp City and as far West as Eaton.

A 5 star review with a description like this is exactly what we strive for every time we remove something from a yard, home or business for a customer. "They did an excellent job of removing our furniture while being respectful of our property. Very professional." We were able to come out the same day requested and remove all types of household items that we were able to repurpose instead of taking it all to the landfill. A Platform bed frame, dresser, armoire, 2 night stands, a mirror, a mattress pad, some countertops, 2 pet gates, and some other items were all about to fit into our truck before we drove away to our Recycling Center. Our trucks are 18 cubic yards and fit about 7 average pickup trucks worth of items in them.

Feb 17, 2022, This commercial customer in Xenia Ohio called on Junk King Dayton when they were in a crunch to clear out decades worth of items in their office and warehouse before the building went to the closing after they found someone to buy it. They had hundreds of cubic yards worth of items and less than 2 weeks to get it all cleaned out. They called several companies and the only one that told them they could meet the desired time frame was our company and they were satisfied with our Estimate. We had a fork lift dropped off and worked several handfuls of our Teammates for multiple days to complete this project. Junk King even had to call on a company in Montgomery County of Dayton to assist in the removal of some unknown chemicals in barrels that we wanted to ensure were properly handled. 23 truckloads later and this warehouse was empty, swept and ready for the new owners to bring their business into the City of Xenia!
