They had everything from some weed eaters to lawn mowers, a tiller, refrigerator, tree and even a tree stump that had been sitting around for years. Our Team was able to get everything cleaned up quickly and leave the client with a clean property. The 5 star rating and review "Great service and on time. Great rate too. Would recommend" is what we work to receive with every appointment. Our Team out of West Carrollton can respond same day when needed if something is a rush and come to remove something as small as a washing machine or clean out 50 years worth of items at a home or business. No junk removal job is too large or too small for our Team. And, as always, we will try to support nonprofits or at least recycle what we remove from a job.

Dec 15, 2023 — This junk removal job in Dayton was not out of the ordinary for us, but definitely was a larger project with a lot of debris inside the home and around the yard. We get calls from landlords about tenants that left their rental property a disaster quite often and they are very upset. Junk King is able to quickly get the hoarding debris left behind cleaned up and out of the way so that they can start to prepare the property to get remodeled and back on the market to be leased again as soon as possible. We generally try to donate what we can from jobs, but everything here that could not be recycled ended up needing to go to the landfill as it was just in bad condition. Our team services all of Greater Dayton Ohio and we would be grateful to help you out in the a tough situation like this if you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with it.

Jul 03, 2023 — Our locally owned Franchise out of West Carrollton continues to impress customers with not only our service, but the way we treat their families and pets. This job in Dayton had a good amount of stuff that piled up and needed removed around their home, garage and yard. They had some younger children at home and our crew was very polite and friendly with them as we always are with customers families. We removed items like a bike, kids toys, stuffed animals, a rocking chair, sofa, dog cage and other misc debris that was sitting around the property from years of living there. Best part is, we were able to donate or recycle almost the entire truckload and that made the customer feel better about getting rid of it all. Junk King Dayton will come somewhere for just one thing or be willing to clean out an entire property if needed.
