One of the mainstays of the television crime drama is the back alley dumpster. Then there is the issue of placement to contend with. Although your front yard is your property the street in front of your house is not. If you place a dumpster there you might need a special permit especially if it is going to be blocking access to parking or become situated on a street cleaning day. Permits aren’t free, either. That will be an additional charge that could be tacked onto the rental fees.
