Recently the Pine Mountain Trail Association got together for its annual cleanup and by all accounts it was a huge success. It only took a team of 90 volunteers to scour 17 miles of trail to pick up all kinds of trash left behind by some very sloppy people. Among the items discarded were a basketball backstop, toilet tank top, a drive shaft, motorcycle parts and hundreds of bottles and soda cans. Apparently, all of this stuff was just randomly tossed out of cars. Imagine the level of laziness it takes to accomplish that task. Is it possible that some people never pass a garbage can or dumpster in their lives? Instead, they would rather trash up nature. Wouldn’t it be great if we could return all their trash?
