Brad had incredible communication skills before the appointment even began, and continued through the job. To hire a team who work FAST, EFFICIENT, and CLEAN is a huge win. The crew were prompt, kind, fun, funny, and a pure delight! It can be an emotional experience to get rid of items - sometimes it's like you need to rip the bandaid off quick and be done with it, right? I had the pleasure of talking with 4/5 team members individually, and each person was warm, authentic, and truly cared about other people.
