Contacted dispatcher via text in the morning, got a price quote and appointment in a few minutes. About three hours later two workers showed up with a dolly to take away an old appliance for recycling. They were able to take payment on-the-spot and the whole process took about five minutes. Courteous and fast with good attention to avoid damage to walls/floors.

The junk removal team was very professional, and polite. The team was also fast-moving on the removal of my 4 piece sectional couch. They were done in about 10 minutes. They even came prepared with a second truck just in case we want other objects junked.
