Stockton Cabinet Removal and Disposal

What shape is your kitchen in these days? If your kitchen is like the average home kitchen then it is the most visited spot in the house. Have you grown weary of looking at the same counters, cabinets and appliances? Do you yearn for a total makeover? Why not dive in and let this be the year you get a new kitchen. How “new” depends on how radical you want to go. One unique approach to a kitchen remodel is to give yourself more sunlight. Depending on the circumstances, this could be accomplished with a sunroof opening or a broader window over your sink.

The trinity of kitchen appliances is the sink, stove and fridge. If you can get these one the same “line” then you’re creating a practical and functional space. Try to keep the fridge and stove separate as they work best when they have their own space to open and close without interference. Another feature that many homeowners gravitate towards is some sort of central island. The high end of these kitchen islands have built in sinks and plenty of storage space underneath. Other islands become the cook tops. If you’re going in that direction, make sure you have proper ventilation as you would over a normal stove.

New cabinets are where you can really have some decorating fun. You could open for glass or open cabinet doors or a more retro look with a distinct finish. With either choice you’re going to want to get rid of those old cabinets first. Even if you are bringing in a contractor you might want to hand the take down on your own. This will save you man-hours and money in the long run. Just make sure you also schedule a cabinet removal appointment with Junk King.

On the same day those cabinets and countertops come down you could have Junk King Stockton pull up in their big truck ready to fill it up with all your debris. While they’re at it, the Junk King crew can also haul away anything else you want to get rid of. If you’re replacing all of your appliances then piling on your stove, sink and fridge onto the JK truck won’t be a problem. You’ll be getting a two-man crew who is very capable at lifting heavy objects. Put them to work! That’s what they are there for. And you don’t have to stop in the kitchen. If you’ve got junk in the garage or yard you want to toss out let the crew heave it onto the truck with the rest of the debris. Fill up the Junk King Stockton truck and empty your home of clutter!

Stockton Concrete Disposal and Recycling

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and California Prison Health Care Services recently broke ground on a $906 million, 1,722-bed inmate medical facility in Stockton.  This will be a 1.2 million-sq-ft facility that will include a central kitchen area, diagnostic and treatment center, warehouse and support areas. As for security, there will be a 13-ft-high lethal electrified fence surrounding the prison along with and 11 strategically placed 45-ft-tall guard towers. In other words, this is going to be one secure place. The construction is supposed to take three years to complete. As construction projects go that’s a pretty decent amount of time but it will mean a lot of local workers will have steady employment. It’s also going to mean a lot of construction waste.

On a big build job like that you can pretty much set your watches to the departure of trucks loaded down with debris every single day. They have to cart off that trash at the end of the day to make room for work to begin the following day. You would need to apply that same basic building philosophy to your own home remodel project whether that’s indoors or outdoors.

Take for instance replacing your patio or repaving your driveway. The first step in that project would be busting up the old concrete and piling it up on the side. Space might be a premium so as soon as that concrete is broken into manageable pieces it should be hauled off. That in and of itself is a huge undertaking and it’s not something you should have to worry about especially when Junk King Stockton is just a phone call away.

If you time things right, you can schedule Junk King on the same day that the jackhammer starts doing its work. It doesn’t take long to bust up cement. What really takes long is loading that up on truck and hauling it off to a proper dumpsite. That’s time you won’t have to use up when Junk King is on the job. You should also know that Junk King will take your concrete and recycle it. It doesn’t have to end up crowding out a landfill when it can be pulverized into dust and poured into a new mixture. As long as Junk King Stockton is taking away something as heavy and bulky as pieces of concrete imagine what they could do with the rest of your junk? Why not take full advantage of this special situation and have all the clutter removed from your home. Junk King can make it all happen with zero effort on your part!
