Clear the Clutter Before Your Summer Vacation In Orange County

Thanks to the proximity of Disneyland, Orange County is an extremely popular place for a summer vacation. This might mean you’ll be playing host to some friends and family who want to check out the “happiest place on earth.” Considering this is the 60th anniversary of the popular theme park, you can expect to get those calls for visits any day. The question then becomes will your home be ready? Junk King is a company that can help you get there by providing fast and affordable junk removal.

Having out of town guests will mean getting that spare room ready and that might require moving out all the things you’ve been keeping in storage. A spare room is usually where items like old computers, sofas, chairs and appliances end up. It can also be the depository of clothes, shoes, books, toys and other things that are currently being used. In fact, most of these things might never be used again. Does that mean you should hang onto them? You don’t have to with Junk King.

Junk King will provide you with a two-man moving crew who is going to do all the actual lifting and loading for your junk removal task. Translation: You don’t need to strain your back. Plus, you can finally get rid of those heavy objects that have been cluttering up your home. Not only does this include stuff from the inside, but the outside, too. Surely if you’re having guests over you’ll want to spend some time outside grilling and chilling. Let the Junk King crew take away any yard debris or unsightly rubbish. That will clear the area for landscapers to come in for a makeover. It all starts with a call to Junk King.

Always remember, that Junk King isn’t going to let your junk go to waste. If there is a chance that something can be recycled or donated to locate charity, then Junk King will be happy to make that drop off. This might mean extra work for the crew but it won’t cost you any extra money. You’ll only be paying a flat fee based on how much space your junk is going to fill up on the truck bed. It’s a single price that won’t suddenly change when the job is done. If you’re playing host for a summer vacation, then you’ll want to put Junk King to clear the clutter from your home.

Orange County Yard Waste Removal

Not all hoarding is confined to the inside of a home. There are plenty of yards that look more like a junkyard then a home property. These are the kind of places that can drive a wedge between neighbors and have an impact on property values. Before it gets too bad on your lawn, call Junk King for a thorough yard waste removal appointment. We’ll have your curb appeal sparkling in no time!

When the Junk King crew arrives at your property, they’ll be asking, “What are we looking at here?” You’ll want to take them on a tour of your yard pointing out exactly what needs to be taken away. This can include just about anything that isn’t a hazardous material. If you’ve got weeds or vines overgrowing your fence, the Junk King crew will pull them down. They can even pull down that rotted fence if you want! Junk King can load up bricks, dirt, sod, concrete, leaves, branches, swing sets, hot tubs, swimming pools and sheds. That should clear up your yard!

Along with the yard waste removal, that same Junk King crew can make their way through your home to take away even more items. This is your chance to finally toss out all the things that have been clogging up your hallways and rooms. Boxes of books, bags of clothes, unwanted furniture, broken appliances, outdated electronics… they can all be removed in a single appointment. What you’ll be left with when Junk King is done is a clean yard and decluttered home.

At a minimum, Junk King will send over a team of two hard working crewmembers and a truck big enough to haul away your stuff. On the bigger jobs, Junk King will reroute additional crews to your location to make sure everything is gone in a single appointment. You won’t have to make that determination. The Junk King staff will know what it takes to get the job done. As for pricing, you’ll be paying a single fee based on how much space your junk will consume on the truck. It is a very competitive price based on volume, not weight. Any company that is charging by the pound isn’t being fair. Leave the hard work of yard waste removal and junk hauling to the pros from Junk King.

Celebrate Earth Day In Orange County With Green Junk Removal

Aside from focusing on cleaning up the environment, Earth Day is also about focusing on alternative energy sources. The hope is that carbon emissions can be reduced by using things like solar, wind and waterpower. The major culprit for carbon emissions are our cars which is why there is an increased interest in natural gas vehicles or NGVs. To support this effort, TIMCO is opening up a Compressed Natural Gas fueling station just in time for Earth Day.

“We are thrilled to be adding vital infrastructure to the City of Santa Ana which will offer Southern California drivers the opportunity to use CNG as a transportation fuel.  CNG is cleaner, cheaper, domestically produced, and provides access to the car pool lane,” said Timothy Nelligan, CEO of TIMCO CNG. “This CNG station is publicly accessible and conveniently located less than ¼-mile from Interstate-5 on E First Street. We will offer a positive fueling experience with low prices, well lit canopies and music at the dispensers.”

As companies go, TIMCO has only been around since 2012 but already they are making a mark with their eco-friendly philosophy. Perhaps they were inspired by Junk King of Orange County. After all, Junk King has been a green kind of company every since they started operations back in 2006.

One of the first edicts to go out from the Junk King headquarters to all the branches is to “keep junk out of landfills.” That might seem like the opposite of what you would expect from a junk removal service but it goes to show you where Junk King’s priorities are. Every Junk King crewmember has been trained to identify which collected items could be recycled or donated to charity. That is list actually a long one! It can include furniture, appliances, e-waste, yard waste and scrap metal.

Collecting junk can be a messy business but the Junk King crews don’t mind getting a little dirty. Let them do the hard work of lifting and loading for you. Not only will you have that hard working crew at your disposal, but you’ll also be making use of the big Junk King truck. This will let you throw away just about anything that is cluttering up your property. That means clearing out the inside and outside of your home. Celebrate Earth Day with a clutter free home thanks to junk removal service from Junk King.

Orange County Foreclosure Clean Out

A newly released report by the University of California, Irvine has found that the Southern California economy is really powered by what goes on here in Orange County. That region has seen the greatest job growth, the highest median home values and the lowest unemployment rates. You could say that “where Orange County goes, so goes the rest of the state.” Just as there are some positive economic indicators created in Orange County there are also the numbers we’d all like to forget get like the foreclosure rates. Here are the official findings from that UC report with regard to foreclosures:

“The foreclosure crisis has begun to abate but has had a sizeable impact on home values. Hardest hit were residents of San Bernardino and Riverside counties. Foreclosure rates also correlated strongly to falling home values throughout the region. A 1 percent increase in neighborhood foreclosures reduced home sale prices by 5.9 percent the following month. Many of the lowest foreclosure rates are found in wealthy Orange County communities. The hardest-hit Orange County clusters in 2008 and 2009 were Anaheim, Rancho Santa Margarita and Santa Ana. The Seal Beach cluster was the only one in Orange County below the regional average for foreclosures between 1995 and 2010.”

But with every piece of bad news there is that silver lining. The foreclosure crisis in Orange County has also allowed new investors to get in on the action of the real estate market at some very decent prices. When a property goes into foreclosure, the bank or lending company who holds the deed wants to move fast to get that toxic asset off their books. If not then it is reported as a loss and that’s not going to help their bottom line. In many cases the attitude from the bank is, “Here’s the price… pay it and you can have the home.”

A quick sale like that forces you to act fast. A potential pitfall might be the shape that a foreclosed home is in with regard to the trash that has been left behind. Don’t let that scare you off a good deal! A team of professional junk haulers like Junk King Orange County can handle all the clean up chores. They’ll probably take less time than it would take for you to sign all the papers!

On many levels, cleaning up a foreclosed property is much easier than cleaning up your own home. With your stuff, you want to sort through what you intend to keep, toss or donate. At a foreclose property, all you would need to do is a quick walk through to determine that everything should be tossed out. Then just tell Junk King OC to “take it all out” and they’ll handle the rest. Nothing could be simpler! A foreclosed home should never be thought of as a dead end!
